As the 10th largest egg company in the United States, Herbruck’s wanted consumers to be more informed about their egg buying choices. So we created loveyoureggs.com — a website where people could learn about hen welfare, the meaning behind all the different egg labels, and ultimately, where to buy Herbrucks’ cage-free eggs. We started with a egg personality quiz.
Some questions were weighted to lead consumers towards specific eggs. Other questions were just for fun.
In the end, you get an egg personality that corresponds to a category of egg and hen. We also included a zip code field so consumers could hunt down their preferred eggs.
